Such a state can only be achieved by understanding your mental limitations and taking control of your physical actions.Established in 2019, to help people achieve such ever-lasting peace in day-to-day life, so far we have helped 100+ individuals across India. We have started our journey during lockdown to help people with mental health issues through meditation and yoga.
Our holistic approach includes coaching, counseling, breathing exercises, relaxation exercises and gratitude messages. We curate different strategies for different diagnoses to provide effective results.
